While other hotel resellers (ie, Exhibition Hotel Management) may contact you offering housing for your trip, they are not endorsed by or affiliated with the conference. Beware that entering into financial agreements with non-endorsed companies can have costly consequences. Please only book in the block by using the link on this page OR calling the hotel directly.

Friday July 8, 2022 – Wednesday July 13, 2022 – Traditional Guest Rooms – 249.00 CAD per night (single/double occupancy)
The special room rate will be available until Friday, June 17, 2022 or until the group block is sold-out, whichever comes first. After this date, the prevailing rates for the hotel will apply. Reservations will open soon.
